Below are the purchase conditions that apply when you shop at Emilio Pendenza (www.emiliopendenza.com.) and by purchasing you accept our purchase conditions with all included parts.
Would you like to make a return? Email order@exacta.se to get the return slip and then hand it over to the postal agent. In the subject line, write: "Return Emilio Pendenza XXXX#" (your four-digit order number)

Ordering
We do not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18. Sales to persons under the age of 18 only take place with the consent of the guardian. Orders may not be placed in someone else's name without their consent.
Payment options
With us you can pay by card, Swish or Klarna invoice. You choose this when you check out. More information about the invoice can be found at the bottom.
Prices
All prices listed on www.emiliopendenza.com include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors.
Delivery & shipping cost
Delivery time is specified for each product. (In cases where a delivery time is not specified, your products are normally sent within 2 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery can take up to three weeks.) We will contact you if delivery cannot take place within the agreed time with information about the reason and new delivery time . You then also have the option to cancel the purchase free of charge.
All orders are sent with PostNord, Early Bird or Schenker. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We do not have insight into their operations and, unfortunately, we also have no opportunity to influence individual shipments.
Right of withdrawal and returns
When purchasing goods on the Webshop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Emilio Pendenza of this within 14 days from when you or your representative received the ordered item (the cancellation period).
No right of exchange applies to REA purchases.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the notice of cancellation was given to Emilio Pendenza. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
Email order@exacta.se to get the return slip and then hand it over to the postal agent. In the subject line, write: "Return Emilio Pendenza XXXX#" (your four-digit order number) Then leave via postal agent. Returns must be made to: Emilio Pendenza, C/O Exacta, Lundåsvägen 10, 763 30 Hallstavik (the address is on the return slip that you receive from Exacta)
Complaint
All goods we send must be fault-free upon delivery. If an item unexpectedly turns out to be defective in any way, please contact us at info@emiliopendenza.com. All complaints must be made within 14 days. A complaint is not automatically approved. In order for a complaint to be approved, the item must be correctly handled and unmodified. The item must not be significantly used or soiled (also applies to perfumes and other foreign smells). If the complaint is approved, then according to the law we have up to three times to correct the errors that exist. If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for all freight. If the complaint is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
Price error / sold out
We reserve the right to ev. price errors and out-of-stock items.
Clear invoice/installment
With a clear invoice, you shop safely and simply. You never have to provide your card details and you always pay on receipt of the goods. There are no billing fees. In case of non-payment, a fee of SEK 64 and a late fee of 9.50% will be added. When you choose klarna as a payment method, any credit information can be carried out. In that case, you will be notified of this via e-mail. Please note that if you choose installments in connection with your purchase, this comes in the form of an installment offer. The actual account agreement is included later in connection with the agreement being sent to your registered address.
